The story behind BaseLine
I built BaseLine after years of doing all the “right” things meditating, journaling, moving, breathing and still feeling tense and off balance.
As a therapist, I knew what to say, but not how to feel better. That’s when I realised: we can’t think our way out of stress. The body needs a shift, not another rule.
So I started creating short, body-first tools that actually worked for my clients, and for me. I never planned to build an app (oops), but so many people asked for something they can use in the moment that I began researching, speaking with HR teams and clients, and building what became Baseline a quiet companion that helps you find steadiness when things feel too much.
Stress is now the world’s biggest health issue. Imagine the difference if more of us spent just a few more moments at baseline on our health, relationships, and the way we work.
Learning to live from this place has changed everything for me. I want that to be possible for more people too.
